When it comes to health and fitness, I believe in sustainability over all else! Sure, there are great "12-week programs, 1-month challenges, 90-day transformations", but by the end of the day, when you finish that, what's next? Another 12-week program? When working with clients, I like to build from the ground up. Instead of handing you a meal plan, I teach you how to build your own.
I’m Brittney Jordan, and I’m known for my optimistic spirit and high-energy presence that naturally inspires those around me. Many describe me as a “Trailblazer” because of my resilience and determination. I don’t accept “no” or “can’t” as options. When I set my mind on a goal, nothing can stop me—I move forward with confidence, purpose, and a smile on my face. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from ECPI University and proudly serve as a Commissioned Medical Officer in the United States Air Force. My passion for wellness and fitness coaching grew stronger when the journey became personal. I answered the calling on my life to educate and empower women through holistic health. I believe many women give so much to their families, careers, and communities that they often forget to care for the most important person—themselves. My mission is to help women reconnect with their inner power by starting with their mental health. I believe that how you think about yourself shows up on the outside, whether you realize it or not. To evolve, you must let go of old mindsets and be open to new ways of living. I encourage women to shift their thinking, reclaim their strength, and then focus on their physical wellness. Through this process, I aim to help others live boldly, intentionally, and unapologetically—mentally, physically, and spiritually.
